Find a Hair Transplant Clinic in Leeds

Yes — completely. There is no charge to use the service at any point, and no charge for being matched with a clinic. You'll never be asked for payment details, and there's no premium tier hiding behind a signup. Our costs are covered by clinics in our network, never by you.

Our service is free for patients. We receive a fee from clinics for introducing suitable prospective patients — in the same way any introduction service or broker earns its fee. Because a clinic pays only when it's a genuine match, our incentive is to match you well, not often. You'll never pay more than you would going direct, and no clinic can pay for a better rating on our site.

We use the information you provide — your location and how far you're willing to travel, your budget, the pattern and stage of your hair loss, and your treatment requirements — to identify the clinic in our network that best meets them. Where more than one clinic fits the bill, we weigh each clinic's specialisms, pricing and current availability rather than simply sending you to whoever replies fastest.

No. Your details go to a maximum of three clinics — and often just one. We don't sell your information as a lead to a mailing list, and your details are never passed to clinics outside your matches. If you'd prefer only one clinic to contact you, just say so and we'll respect that.

The clinic you've been matched with receives your enquiry and can contact you directly to discuss your suitability, the treatment options that fit your case, pricing, and to arrange a consultation if you'd like one. From that point you're dealing with the clinic's own team — we simply make the introduction and step back.

No. Being matched doesn't commit you to anything — not a consultation, not a procedure, not a purchase. Plenty of people use the service to compare options and decide later, or decide against treatment altogether. A reputable clinic won't pressure you, and if one does, that tells you something useful about that clinic.

Every clinic goes through the same vetting process before it joins the network. We verify the surgeon's registration with the GMC and the clinic's registration with the relevant healthcare regulator, review their before-and-after results and published pricing, and check patient feedback across independent review platforms. Clinics are re-reviewed periodically, and any that fall below the standard we'd expect are removed from the network.

Yes. When you tell us your location you can also set how far you're willing to travel — whether that's your local town, a nearby city, or anywhere in the UK if you're happy to travel for the right surgeon. Your matches will only ever include clinics within the distance you're comfortable with.

Yes — and realistically, that's most people. Very few people know whether they need FUE or FUT, or how many grafts, before speaking with a professional. That's why the questions we ask are about your hair loss, your goals and your budget rather than technical choices. The clinic you're matched with will explain which approach suits you, and why.

We'll tell you straight. We'd rather be honest than force a match that isn't right. If nothing in our network fits your requirements, we'll say so, explain why — whether that's location, budget or clinical suitability — and set out your realistic options. And when a suitable clinic joins the network, we can let you know.
