Rooted is a free UK service that matches people considering a hair transplant with vetted clinics. When we say "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Rooted, the operator of this website.

We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site.

Enquiry details. When you complete our clinic match form, we collect the answers you give about your hair loss, treatment preferences, budget and timing, together with your name, email address and phone number.

Usage and measurement data. With your consent where required, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors arrive at and use the site, and to measure how our advertising performs.

To provide the service: matching you with a clinic and sharing your enquiry with that clinic so their team can contact you about suitability, treatment options, pricing and next steps.

To measure and improve our advertising: we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the effectiveness of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant adverts to people who have visited our site (remarketing). Meta receives information about your visit and actions on this site for these measurement and advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and your enquiry details are only shared with the clinic you are matched with.

If you are visiting from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, advertising cookies and identifiers are switched off until you choose to accept them through our consent banner. You can accept or reject — the site works the same either way.
